Hard Tops Refinishing

Jaime  enjoys hanging out with his family & friends, cooking on the grill, & loves putting his artistic skills into his woodworking. Jaime has been a part of the Hard Tops team for 6 years, where he started out prepping, quickly became a spray technician and has grown into being a respectable operations manager. He loves being part of the team because of the great work environment, the owners are amazing people & the company always puts family first. If Jaime was ever in a talent show, he would do very well in woodworking & smoking briskets. His favorite animal is a Qianzhousaurus.  

Jackie enjoys dancing, music, being a chicken tender to her backyard chickens, cleaning and spending time with family. Jackie has been with Hard Tops for 2 years. She loves being a part of Hard Tops because she says it's a company that genuinely cares about you as a person, the ability to grow within, & even more is they understand that family is the most important. If she was ever in a talent show, she would do well in cooking. Her favorite animals are of course chickens, cats and horses.

Jose is a full time student attending Texas Tech University where he is studying to become a doctor. In his free time, he enjoys riding his horses. He has been a part of Hard Tops Refinishing since the age of ten and has always helped with different aspects of the job. He started out prepping jobs and has worked his way up to spray technician. He loves being a part of the team because of the family like environment. If he was to take part in a talent show, he would do very well in dancing. His favorite animal is a Fried egg jelly fish.

Ravene loves to spend time watching her children play in their sports activities and enjoys cooking for her family and friends. Ten years ago, Ravene and her husband began the process of making Hard Tops Refinishing a successful business in Lubbock and the surrounding West Texas areas. They wanted a way to bring more business opportunity & growth to the community, & what better way than to begin in the homes & businesses of the community. If she participated in a talent show, she would do very well in cooking. Her favorite animal is a Wombat because of how cute they are. 

Jose loves spending time with his wife & kids. He also enjoys traveling & the experience of trying new foods. When he has some time to himself, he likes to learn new things, & working on cars. He has been with Hard Tops for ten years. Jose enjoys seeing the transformations of the projects. He has a vision to help business & homeowners make their spaces look amazing. If he was in a talent show, he would do well in storytelling. Whether the story be true or false, he can captivate most people with a good story. His favorite animal is the Eagle because of it's capability to soar high above everything else. It needs time alone to get a better beak. A new beak is a symbol to Jose of a new outlook on life, for him it's means a new way to feed his hunger.
